Heatmap Studio is our on-site and remote lab for soi-grain Food Delivery App Analytics. You bring anonymised pings. We refuse amphoe centroids. You leave with a board that can survive Friday 19:40.

Demand overlay

Completed tickets only, not app opens. We draw soi grain and leave holes where pings are thin. A hole is information.

Wait overlay

Idle minutes split into “waiting for a ticket” and “waiting at a restaurant.” Hotel porte-cochères show up quickly.

Rain overlay

Thai Meteorological nowcast cells, not yesterday’s daily total. SLA bands widen in rain without hiding kitchen failure.

Limitation note

Every studio session ends with a one-page note: what the map cannot see. If your geocoder snaps to main roads, we write that down.

Who sits here

Flagship students spend weeks 3–5 in Heatmap Studio as part of Bangkok Metro Dispatch Intelligence. Corridor Pass tuition includes those hours. Teams on Grid Atelier can bring a private anonymised extract for a closed session on Pracha-Uthit.

You do not need to enrol to visit an open evening, but you do need export access to order and rider events. Without timestamps we will not pretend to draw a map.
