Refund policy
This policy applies to tuition paid off-site for Logicpacketgrid programmes. This website does not take payment; refunds are processed against the invoice you actually paid.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if you cancel in writing before the programme start date stated on your confirmation email, or if Logicpacketgrid cancels a cohort and cannot offer a later date you accept. Discovery calls are free and are not refundable because no tuition is charged for them.
Timeframe
Send refund requests to info@logicpacketgrid.digital within 14 days of the event that triggers eligibility (your cancellation notice, or our cancellation notice). Requests after that window are considered only where Thai consumer law requires.
Full or partial refund
Cancellation received 15 or more days before start: full tuition refund. Cancellation 3–14 days before start: 70% refund. Cancellation within 72 hours of start, or after week 1 critique has begun: 40% refund of unused weeks, calculated on remaining scheduled weeks. After week 4 of the flagship, or after the midpoint of a shorter track, tuition is not refundable except where we fail to deliver the remaining studio hours.
Non-refundable items
Audit-only recorded access (฿6,200 informational figure) is non-refundable once download credentials are issued. Optional on-site evening costs, travel, and third-party software licences are non-refundable. Seat transfers to a named colleague in the same company are allowed once, without fee, if requested before start; that is not a refund.
Refund process
Email info@logicpacketgrid.digital with your full name, programme, invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days and state whether the request meets this policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used off-site.
Processing time and method
Bank transfers within Thailand are typically completed within 10 working days after approval. International returns may take up to 20 working days and may be reduced by bank fees we do not control. We do not refund in cash at the Pracha-Uthit studio.
Cancellation by Logicpacketgrid
If we cancel for instructor illness or studio closure and you decline a later cohort, you receive a full refund including any recorded-access add-on not yet issued. If we replace an instructor with another listed on the site, that is not an automatic cancellation trigger.
Exceptions
If we materially fail to provide Heatmap Studio hours included in Corridor Pass, we refund a proportional slice of tuition or offer make-up hours — your choice. Medical emergencies documented before week 3 may be moved to a later cohort instead of a cash refund. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may pause alumni access until resolved.
